Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our small-batch Colorado honey.

Is your honey raw and unfiltered?

Yes, all of Björn's Colorado Honey is raw and unfiltered. We never high-pressure filter or overheat our honey, ensuring that the natural pollen, enzymes, and antioxidants remain intact for your benefit.

Why has my honey crystallized, and is it still good?

Crystallization is a natural process and a sign of high-quality, raw honey. It is perfectly safe to eat. To return it to a liquid state, gently warm the jar in a bowl of warm water (do not boil or microwave).

Where does your honey come from?

Our bees forage across the Front Range of the Colorado Rockies. We produce local honey in small batches, reflecting the unique floral profile of the Colorado landscape.

How do you handle shipping for fragile glass jars?

We take great care in packaging our honey using eco-friendly, protective materials to prevent breakage. We ship via carbon-neutral carriers to ensure your honey arrives safely and sustainably.

What is your return policy for food products?

Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an error with your shipment, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.

Are your honey products gluten-free and non-GMO?

Yes, our honey is naturally gluten-free and non-GMO. We maintain sustainable beekeeping practices to ensure the purest product possible from hive to jar.
