Whipped Pomander Honey

Known as Pomanders, oranges studded with whole cloves are a holiday tradition in Sweden. Pontus, our beekeeper, remembers making them in school. He recalls trying to arrange all the cloves in a pleasing pattern so he could bring them home to give to his mom and grandma as a holiday present. Throughout the holiday season, Swedes hang pomanders in their windows and cluster them in bowls on kitchen tables to fill their homes with a festive and cozy scent.
